What Happens if my Item is Lost or Damaged during Shipping?
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support immediately. Yosemite Outdoors is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, however, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.
I placed an order through YosemiteOutdoors.ca and I still haven't received my product?
All orders include tracking and delivery confirmation. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frame, we recommend first checking the tracking details and contacting the shipping provider directly for an update.If you're still unable to locate your order, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist you further.
